"epkowa" is the only line uncommented in sane.d/dll.conf
epkowa.conf contains
usb 0x04b8 0x012d
sane-find-scanner
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04b8 [EPSON], product=0x012d [EPSON Scanner]) at libusb:001:002
I'm in scanner and camera groups. Have permission to r/w to /proc/bus/usb/001/002
iscan from UAR is installed
scanimage -L takes too looooooooong to response
device `epkowa:usb:001:002' is a Epson (unknown model) flatbed scanner
And thats all: iscan and xsane are not working... scanimage doesn't work too.
link to my scanner on sane' site
http://www.sane-project.org/cgi-bin/dri … 4b8&p=012d
iscan from avasys site cannot be compiled for me, returns errors...
I have spent about 5 hours reading docs and trying to make scanner work Help me plz.
----------------------------------------------------------
I just need to install specific version of iscan from aur
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=13132
