arch with kernel 2.6.31 (or newer)
Where can I download arch with kernel 2.6.31 or 32. I can't find it on official site - it's not labeled anywhere or it is my fault?

What do you mean? Do you mean the kernel version on the CD (2.6.30)? If so just install and update (or install via the internet).

Well, kernel 2.6.30 doesn't support my network card - internet only works with 2.6.31 (or newer) so I just can't update wtih 2.6.30.

If you have access to another computer with internet access (which you seem to) can't you download the newer kernel package to a usb stick and then install it?
