I Have the latest kernel 2.6.33-rc8-00164-gaea187c-dirty #3 from the nigtly repo. And I have a wierd problem with the wifi light on my laptop is flashing. This has never happened before. Where should I file a bug report for it. Or is it maybe an easy problem to solve?

It's usually not too helpful to post bugs in the git kernel unless you can bisect it down to the commit that broke it (man git-bisect if you want to try). I find almost all things like that get fixed before releases, generally even before a release candidate gets tagged. I usually just keep trying newer kernels until it's fixed.
Further, are you sure it's a bug? Many wifi lights flash when sending or receiving data -- they may have just implemented that functionality.
