Will I have driver problems?

I plan on using it for my netbook which came with Ubuntu shipped(Its a dell) so I imagine the drivers should be ok? Wireless, Bluetooth etc?

Its a Dell Mini 9 I dont recall the specs but its fairly popular

I know Arch is very light weight, does that mean I have to install every driver manually?

I run Arch on a Dell Mini 9.  Everything works fine, but you need the broadcom wl driver from the AUR for wireless.
