Inspiron 1545 intel graphics driver problems

I'm trying to start xorg, but it always gives the error:

(EE) intel(0): No kernel modesetting driver detected

I have kernel 2.6.32-ARCH, and the xf86-video-intel driver is installed (though I suspect I'm missing some sort of configuration with the driver;
the wiki isn't too clear about installing this, not to mention I'm new to arch).

Xorg -configure seems to see the intel driver, which is what makes me think it isn't configured correctly:
