Repeating KDE notice: "Could not download proxy configuration script."
This pops up about every 10 minutes. I tried turning off notices in the system tray but then it popped up over windows instead. I have my proxy set to 127.0.0.1:8118 in "System Settings". It is not set to automatically configure. What's going on?
Here's the text of the message.
Could not download proxy configuration script:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Unkown protocol ".

Are you using ntlmaps as your loxy proxy server by any chance?
