bug in OGRip from pacman

Hello all,

I've been experiencing an issue with OGMRip over the past week, since my system update (pacman -Syu).  After a week of pulling my hair out, someone suggested downgrading the OGMRip package.  After learning how to perform this operation, I was able to successfully downgrade the OGMRip package from version 0.13.3-4 to 0.13.3-3.

Per my thread here:  http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=91747

The .4 version of OGMRip appears to be missing AC3 and DTS support, where the .3 version contains these options.

I'm not sure how to post this bug, or contact the maintainer of the package.

Can someone point me into the right direction?

Here is the link to my problem:  http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=91747

I've since downgraded OGMRip and haven't had any problems.  I'm still not sure how to submit a bug, what the upstream etc. mean.
