evilsh: a super-minimal shell

Evilsh is a shell with an optional *.rc file and the ability to enable/disable features via a config.h. The following is a list of features:

- evilshrc file (optional)
- history (optional)
- tab-completion of directory names
- settable prompt (optional)

IMO you should replace "addarg" with aliases. It would replace the need for addarg and allow for further flexibility.
