Just to let you guys know there is a problem with the Arch Linux installer. When I choose install packages, pacman automatically runs to install packages as anyone would expect. But if there is an error for example timeout error for downloading from a server the user would not know this unless he/she scrolls down all the way in the ncurses command output, otherwise the installer expects that the installation was successful. At first I had no idea you could scroll in the command output, I thought what I was seeing was the end of the output. This caused a lot of confusion.
So I have a suggestion to how this problem could be solved. The installer should make sure pacman returns a non zero value after terminating. If not then report the failure.
