sopcast not connecting

so ive got sopcast 3.2.6-1 installed on my "lovely arch box" but i got a small problem with it. im unable to watch sopcast streams. i tried every client that supports sopcast from sp-sc to the heavy qt sopcast client and none of 'em are able to connect at all. i know its my "lovely arch box" because as i type this im watching sopcast stream on borrowed laptop with windows on it same hub, same network.

nope . no errors just wont connect (and that goes for all the players that support sopcast). and thats another thing .. theres just no way for me to find out whats wrong with it because theres no errors
