WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "flacdec"

When I 

gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=/srv/media/music/Editors/An\ End\ Has\ a\ Start/01.\ Smokers\ Outside\ the\ Hospital\ Doors.flac ! flacdec ! lame vbr=0 bitrate=320 ! filesink location a.mp3

I get

WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "flacdec"

Installed are:

pacman -S gstreamer0.10 gstreamer0.10-good gstreamer0.10-bad gstreamer0.10-ugly gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

what else do I need to convert flac files to mp3?

Interesting, If one does a search on gstreamer this article does not popup.
