After updating my guest machine to latest 2.6.33 kernel and building (without errors) its modules with "Guest Additions" script my guest's Xs aren't starting, also theres nothing on logs...
So i've just removed guest's kernel vboxvideo module:
# rm /lib/modules/2.6.33-ARCH/misc/vboxvideo.ko
and now Xs are starting, everything seems to work fine - just like with "Guest Additions" correctly installed.

same here.. deleting vboxvideo module works.. so we have to wait for an update? (i've installed the addition bundle that comes with closed source virtualbox not installed it via pacman btw)

Nice!

I believe so. I guess vbox is not supporting 2.6.33 kernel :>.

I've also installed guest additions in that way.
