my laptop does not resume after being suspended, otherwise perfectly summed hibernating if someone can lend a hand

post your pm-suspend.log.
what happens when you try to resume? does the computer fail to turn on? does the screen stay black? do the keyboard and mouse work?

also true that the PC will not start and the screen goes black I have to disconnect the electricity that can be?

That log only contains a hibernate/thaw cycle, no suspend/resume here.
Are you actually talking about suspend? Or did you mean hibernate?
If you want to get suspend working, try another suspend/resume cycle and send us that log
