I have broken my right hand. I am very right handed. I use a computer a lot of the time as it is part of my job.
I have switched my mouse to be left handed. I am unsure whether it is worthwhile to learn left handed DVORAK.
Is there anything else that would make life easier for me?

Yes, a few beers
Did the same as you several years back, got quite good with left hand after two weeks!

lol, there was a thread just like this a couple months ago. Too lazy to look it up though. Title was like, "What can I do with my one good hand." That's not exactly it but seems to me it ran on those lines.

Develop a speech recognition input device and use an eyeball tracker as a mouse. Or learn typing with your toes

If it were more severe I would recommend a one-handed keyboard. But this is obviously not worth the effort. Left handed Dvorak is a good idea in any case.
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.
