You would need to apply a style sheet that loads for all pages that you visit (fonts that you view on the web are determined by a) the designers who specify either specific fonts, or families (like serif) and b) the fonts that you have installed on your system).

you could explain with an example since they do not quite understand, what I want is that the sources emerging web pages ie the content is of smaller size as my monitor is small portable

You can decrease the size of the font in uzbl by using the minus (-) key...

Not about the type, but for the font size too:
You can add this lines to the config file:
set minimum_font_size = 12
set font_size = 14
These are the values that work best for me, but you can try what is the best option for you.
