so I can't use my input method with urxvt.

I add '--enable-xim' in the compile options

    ./configure --prefix=/usr \
        --with-terminfo=/usr/share/terminfo \
        --with-term=rxvt-256color \
        --enable-smart-resize \
            --enable-xim \
        --disable-iso14755
