I will have some package for catalyst-old but I need someone to host and make the repository for that ...

You can either:-
1. Pay someone to do it
2. Hope that someone else does it for themselves (and you can hop on to that)
3. Do it yourself

Why do you need a repository anyway? Or rather, why do you THINK you need a repository?

should suffice =p

I think the only packages it needs are "catalyst-utils-old" (it's in the AUR) and "kernel26" version 2.6.30.

Do you need help installing the old kernel 2.6.30?
