Hi all,
After upgrading to 2.6.20.1 my boot process can't get past
Loading udev .... [busy]
It just hangs forever. Downgrading to a 2.6.19 kernel works, so I figure udev tries to load some module that does work.
Any hint to how I can get udev to act verbose during boot so I can see whats stalling it?
My box is amd64, gigabyte motherboard and gforce 5900xt graphics adapter
Cheers,
Nic

same thing happened to me. I have a compaq mini and the new kernel didn't like my broadcom wireless card. Try disabling the ssb and b43 modules and see if that works at all.
