Aspire One AOA 150 bleeding battery life

Arch works fine on my A1 for the most part, but the battery bleeds like crazy. We're talking around an hour from a full charge to dead. I've configured acerhdf, enabled USB suspend etc, and use barely any resources (running xfce4).

What's the condition of the battery? (After ~18 months, mine is down to 40% capacity, and lasts less than an hour).
