3D with Nvidia GeForce 8600M GS

The title basically says it. Can you get 3D with the GeForce 8600M GS? The Hardware Compatibility List has the 8600 GTS and the 8600M GT, but not the 8600M GS.

My lappy runs fine with the nvidia drivers 3d and all. 8600M GS here.

@A Future Pilot,

An easy way to tell is to install the nvidia package because it runs the 8600 series and issue this at a terminal:

 glxinfo | grep -i rendering

If the answer is "direct rendering: Yes", you're set up for 3D.
