Audacious / XMMS - where's Pulse plugin ?

Have been trying to get it up and running but all I see is ALSA mad Is there a way to install something or configure it so that it uses Pulse ?
Can't stand that whenever I pull down voulume, it affects other applications as well ( eg., it changes alsamixer Master/PCM levels ).

Any advices/tutorials ?

Re: Audacious / XMMS - where's Pulse plugin ?

I have a bunch of output options in Audacious, but no pulseaudio (which I'd prefer). I have Alsa feed through Pulse anyway, however it is strange the wiki for Audacious (Archlinux) says that pulseaudio support should be available.

Hrmm, pulse is disabled in the audacious-plugins package (after looking over the main package and getting no where). A simple update to the PKGBUILD (changing disabled to enabled for pulse) and it works great big_smile

Ok, I get it, I didn't know that abs can download single packages too, not the whole tree.

Strange, I only now received notification that this was replied to- very sorry for the delay.
I assume you got it working- if not, feel free to PM me or post back here (assuming the notification works).
