Lzma library error: Corrupted input data

I have an unbootable computer after an update yesterday. I have booted it aktuella my Gentoo rescue CD. In the pacman.log I found this.
error: could not extract lib/modules/2.6.32-ARCH/kernel/fs/gfs2/gfs2.ko (Lzma library error: Corrupted input data)

How can I fix this? Can I chroot into the root partiton and run an update?
