Dockbarx and ripple water effect

This is just a simple FYI if anyone else is on the internet and can't find the answer.

To enable this effect you need to have compiz enable and the Dbus plugin enable as well.  I couldn't figure out why this was not working and started messing with settings on compiz...Maybe this could same someone else the trouble.
