Hostname?

I just put on Xfce4 to my new arch install and I get an error when I run startxfce4.

Basically it's "Could not find internet address for hostname <myhostname>"

How the heck do I fix this?

My rc.conf sets my hostname to bsapt
I've tried two configurations with my hosts file:

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
AND
127.0.0.1 archlinux.bsapt localhost

when I start X the console also says "can't find hostname" or something similar..

thoughts ?
