Has anyone built sogo (scalabele OGO) yet?

I have found this documentation on installation:

There are also packages for debian/ubuntu.

Has anyone built this package yet? If not: what would be the best way to make a PKGBUILD for this? Look inside the .debs for installation instructions and 'translate' them into a PKGBUILD?
