Problems with vmware player

Hi everyone,

Just getting my feet wet with Archlinux though have been a Unbuntu user for many years. Using Arch Linux 64bit with KDE.

I have an annoying problem with vmware player 3.0.1 running XP as a guest ... When working in dual-monitor config, when switching vmware to full screen (in one monitor only), it stay in full screen for about 3-4 seconds then it reverts back to windowed for an 3-4 seconds and back to full screen and back to windowed and so on ...

Any idea how I can make it to "stick" to full screen mode ?
