nautilus-elementary and gnome 2.30

Hey, archers! i've got a question like this: is there a way to use nautilus-elementary with latest gnome-updates? i mean now it's nautilus 2.30 installed, and nautilus elementary is based on nautilus 2.80. is it safe to run pacman -Rd nautilus and then yaourt -S nautilus-elementary?
