I have had up to 7 mirrors uncommented from around the globe, and am receiving md5sum mistmatches compared to others in the IRC channel. I'v Scc and Syyu a few times now. I have bandwidth caps so doing this constantly is not conducive. Pacman, yaourt, openssl, wget and curl have all been updated.

It's probably just mirrors being out of sync.
I usually have a few mirrors uncommented and then the official throttled ftp.archlinux.org one last - it always saves the day when there's a missing file on the other mirrors.

HA.... I've never had an issue with the mirrors I've used. I stretch them out over timezones. All fixed now. I was getting ready to blame clyde next!
