Fix: Cant click through notify osd bubbles

I just came across the problem that I couldnt click through notify-osd bubbles anymore. It seems to be caused by a GTK+ regression. But there is a patch at launchpad for notify-osd. So I put together a quick PKGBUILD with patches included: normal position, clickthrough fix, logcache fix
