DBUS problem 2: no user messagebus

Comparing the setup of my new Arch with my other systems shows that following the wiki step by step for installation has left me with no user messagebus

I have seen many errors in terminal output especially when substituting users as per previous post here

Could this be the problem, and if so, how do I add messagebus to /etc/passwd and group?

What is the UID I should use?
