error: failed retrieving file 'neon-0.29.3-2-i686.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : File unavailable (e.g., file not found, no access)
error: failed retrieving file 'neon-0.29.3-2-i686.pkg.tar.xz' from mirrors.kernel.org : Not Found

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

The question is, why does it say there's a new package available if it's not there ? I've enabled 2 repositories - local and official .. am I missing something here ?
