Watching Videos in Firefox

Hey,
After installing the newest flashplugin I was able to watch videos on youtube and other sites but somehow I cant watch movies from http://www.own3d.tv/, I can't even see the embedded Videoplayer interface on other pages.

I hope someone can tell me how to solve this problem.

I'm running firefox 3.6.3-1 on an i686 here and I can watch those videos just fine.

Yeah thanks, I updated firefox and installed flashplugin-universal and now it's working.

I hope I can post here.
On many websites (i.e. Youtube, Dailymotion...) using flash, when I click on play, or pause, it's absolutely without effects, since a long time.. (I tried with Firefox, or others browsers, it's the same)..
