nvidia RAID not being activated

Hi there,

I am trying to set up my nvidia RAID5. It has been configured in the BIOS and used to run perfectly when I was using Xubuntu (and does so out of the box on a Win7 Installation I performed for testing issues). I is being recognized but dmraid refuses to activate the array:

After reboot I get

dmraid -ay
RAID set "nvidia_cdgjeebc" was not activated

After loading the dm_mod module I get

modprobe dm_mod
ERROR: device-mapper target type "raid45" is not in the kernel
RAID set "nvidia_cdgjeebc" was not activated

I already applied this kernel patch but it did not work: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=25654

Thanks in advance

Re: nvidia RAID not being activated

Any updates on this? I am getting a similar issue. With my Intel Card.

ERROR: device-mapper target type "raid45" is not in the kernel
RAID set "isw_ebfcfiijb_Data" was not activated
ERROR: device "isw_ebfcfiijb_Data" could not be found
