I have installed and configured encfs 1.5-6 from the Community Repo, and am having a small issue with Thunar displaying the contents of the mounted, unencrypted directory. When I click to access the said directory, I see a brief flash (fractions of a second) of the contents and then the display reverts back to the parent directory.
I can browse the contents of this directory via CLI without issue. Also, if I open an application (say Gnumeric), I can use the "File->Open" dialog to browse the directory in question and everything works as it should. The problem only occurs when I try to browse this directory with the Thunar file manager.
Has anyone else experienced this, or possibly have a solution? In not a "show-stopper" by any means, but it does get a little annoying when I need to move files around.
Thanks

I have no problem with it. I wonder if it might be related to the file system? Mine is ext3, btw.

Sorry you're having issues as well. However, I am somewhat relieved that I wasn't the only one.
I am using reiserfs on the drive in question.
