"Kupfer" updated.

Kupfer was orphaned so I adopted and updated it.

It's a non-mono alternative to Gnome-Do and it has most of its basic functionality. Gnome dependencies are only required during make (and some as optdeps). If you are looking for a lighter (and/or non-mono) alternative, I suggest taking a look at it. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
