Waiting for UDev uevent *very* long [SOLVED]

Hi there.

Since I've installed the last kernel (kernel26 2.6.33.2 from the repos) my laptop is very slow to boot (nearly 3-4 minutes), and it shows me a lot of errors from my optical reader (http://crok.r245.free.fr/P1030251.JPG) and my dmesg is a little bit bad I think : http://pastebin.archlinux.fr/382682

I saw a lot of errors with my memory, so I did a memtest; I've got 0 errors... I really don't know what can I do to solve this..

Thanks for all the future help ! smile

Edit : Indeed, I remember that my laptop was always slow to boot since I'm under Arch Linux hmm

I'd worry about: Memory corruption detected in low memory. Can you run a memtest? Though I suppose this isn't the actual problem for the delay. It may be an additional problem. I have the same issue with the delay and I get different errors altogether: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=95098
Perhaps this is all due to the same kernel bug?

I already did a memtest, and I've got 0 errors, I said that in the 1st post.
