Nvidia module with kernel26-ck

If you use the arch nvidia package and want to install kernel26-ck alongside your stock kernel, you might run into a conflict. The nvidia module built for my stock arch kernel wouldn't load with kernel26-ck.

The problem was solved by removing nvidia and installing nvidia-all from the AUR, which builds nvidia modules for all kernels detected on your system. It worked well.

Alternatively you can install nvidia-ck alongside extra's nvidia package.

I didn't think of that. Thanks.

Or you could remove everything from makedepends=()

Ooh, the nvidia-all PKGBUILD is pretty neat. I hadn't thought of doing something like this.
