ZSH tab completion - Slow!

Well as the title states tab completion for zsh is really slow most of the time at least compared to bash. I'll post my .zshrc when I get home but I was wondering if anyone else experiences this?

I haven't been in bash in a couple years, so I don't really remember how the completion speed compares with my zshrc, but I don't think i notice any terrible slowness.
