disable the testing rep. and revert to standard repositories[SOLVED]

Any safe way doing this?

I've got significantly less time to maintain my computers now that my girlfriend has moved in with me...:D

I heard/read somewhere in the forums that there is a pacman combi to do this. Spent an hour searching but to no avail.

thanks.

disable testing repo from pacman.conf and do pacman -Syuu, pacman -Sh for more informations

-u, --sysupgrade     upgrade installed packages (-uu allows downgrade)
