Best network profiling method for Arch...

Windows has great cfosspeed, which profiles network connection for completly lag-free desktop networking experience.
On linux it is also possible by iptables, CFQ, etc, but ive never seen script which works as good as cfosspeed.

How you are profiling your network connection on desktops to get lag free IM chating/gaming/webbrowsing, when connection is overloaded by downloading something ?

Re: Best network profiling method for Arch...

um.... it is pretty lag free normally anyway..
besides, there is one thing called QoS to help prioritizing applications network use
not sure if iptables or whatever can do that, i set that on Router

i've a little question though, you've mentioned "CFQ". what is about it?
