Network fails during boot

Hi

The network daemon always fails now during boot, but when I switch over to Windows 7 the network seems fine and working as it should.
And when I boot up Arch again after having booting up Windows, the network daemon starts as it should.
Any idea of what I can do to fix this problem? I don't want to start Windows first to be able to use the network whenever I shall go online or use the network.
This problem occur only when my computer has being turned off about 6-7 hours.

Re: Network fails during boot

Compare dmesg after network failure to dmesg after network success, should give you some clues.

Re: Network fails during boot

I got this message in dmesg when network fails:

NET: Registered protocol family 10
lo: Disabled Privacy Extensions
r8169: eth0: link down
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready

Any useful info or should I post the whole dmesg?
