Notify-send doesnt work randomly.

Hey,
I use xfce and my dbus version is 1.2.24-1 . Notify send works in some sessions and it doesn't work sometimes(when my system is rebooted). When I try to use notify-send from the terminal I get no error message but the notification does not show. What could be the problem?
