Eclipse + samples

Hi,

I'm learning java and eclipse and I have a question. How can I install eclipse samples ( like "Multi Page edtor" ), because when I click on them on the welcome page, it says that the samples are currently not installed. If I click to download them from eclipse.org, it downloads something but after that shows me an empty selection box.

Is there a package, or I need to download them and put somwhere?
