[Request]eina-audio-player , not maintained, build error ...

first sorry for a bit longer post that follow but I have to explain situations in details.
I use eina-audio-player. Had installed version 8.0 from aur. After last update to libssl.so I have problem running it because eina-player ask for a 0.9.8 libssl.so which I don't have anymore (everything else on system works fine with no problems with libssl.so 1.0)
Then I discovered that the latest eina version in AUR is 9.2. Tried to makepkg and got some error. (posted in aur under eina audio player)
Contacted last aur maintainer since package is not maintained any more. Got some tips to try. I've tried to make package with PKGBUILD for 8.0 and 8.0 version and got error. Tried with latest version 9.3 using PKGBUILD for 9.2 (with some changes added in PKGBUILD like version, check sum, link to the source code) and got error.

I've contacted eina developer (upstream). Got mail that the problem is with clutter-gtk and a tip to try to add that package dependencies to PKGBUILD or to remove clutter-gtk from system and try to install without them. I've already have clutter-gtk installed on my system. (laptop and desktop).
Adding clutter-gtk to PKGBUILD dependencies done nothing. Same error.
Couldn't remove clutter-gtk because of the other dependencies. (is that possible and safe and how to do it btw?) Tried even to install git version of clutter-gtk but got some error message (I think that server is down).
Finally checked makepkg with some other aur packages to confirm that it works and it works fine. /shutter, realplayer/
Now I am at the end of road. My knowledge about building packages stops here. Any help?

I have no idea on how to solve your problem, but for removing packages without removing the dependants, use this:

pacman -Rd clutter-gtk

add before ./configure: unset LDFLAGS

No luck with adding unset LDFLAGS or removing clutter-gtk. With removed clutter-gtk I had some curl error.
