Not sure you haven't done so already, but their site has a list of interfaces (although not exhaustive). Also, i think you may get more help by logging into Fics with a graphical interface and asking on ch 6.

I asked and it seems the best option would be a telnet client. I don't know much about how to do so, since anyway i need the graphical interface to play.

Well, I figured it out. Just install telnet (telnet-bsd) via aur. Then, "telnet freeches.org 5000", login, and seek as you normally would. You'll be presented with a rudimentary ASCII board and will have to issue commands via the keyboard, but this is exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the input ![]()

No need to install anything from AUR:
