Link logo to homepage

A simple suggestion: link the ArchLinux logo (on the forum) to the homepage.

Also, from flicking through the other sections of the site, I've noticed the logo on AUR is a slightly different (older?) version; for consistency, it'll be worth updating it.

The website will be getting a refresher at some stage (soon?) and those should be taken care of then.
