I don't mean to be a jerk, but why bother?  At least 75% of the comments in that thread, or whatever you call it, are teenagers whining about how they can't play video games or use iTunes on linux.  Those kind of people almost certainly have no reason or ability to use Arch, and I must say... I'm glad they don't.  The way I see it, anyone who would have a reason to use Arch probably already knows it exists and will come around eventually.  That being said, I still think it is a good idea to defend Linux, so I can't blame you for trying!

This. Exactly. Anyone who has to be "told" to use Arch isn't going to be the right kind of person to use it. We get non-DIY types in here if we promote ourselves.
