Does arch use vanilla kernel

Does arch linux kernel package consists entirely of vanilla kernel or does it have some distribution specific patches?

that patch contains upstream minor version for example 2.6.33.3 + our patches. those can be found here: http://projects.archlinux.org/linux-2.6 … ee/patches
