any good gui for xmms2?
Offline
I haven't found one. If you like the old xmms, I would recommend Audacious. Its feels just like XMMS except its actively developed and has more functionality.

Seems the OP likes the new xmms, which is in no way comparable to the old one. abraca is the best GUI you will find for xmms2, but its very barebones. (has great support for collections tho) there are a couple of really good cli "guis" around, if that would suite you..

I did use xmms2 some time back and did use the esperanza GUI (qt4 based) but have since converted to using mpd these days, there are nice GUIs for that, I use Sonata...I thought it was worth mentioning...

Ario is an excellent client. It's been a while since I've used it, but it had at least then xmms2 support.

Yeah I forgot about that one, it comes a close second to Sonata for MPD use for me...cool that it handles both xmms2 and mpd!
