Bluetooth Mouse - Weird problem

I have a DELL inspiron 1520 with a DELL Bluetooth Mouse.
Whenever I connect the mouse either using hidd through CLI or Bluetooth Manager it connects but behaves weirdly.
Sometimes I can click sometimes I cannot. Its clicking gets restricted to a particular window in gnome. After connecting even the touchpad clicks act weird.
I read about the iwl3945 driver having some problems with bluetooth mice. Is this due to this driver conflict. If yes, is there a wrokaround.
